Prices reflect self-pay cash rates, payable by cash, card, HSA, or FSA, often close to what you'd pay out-of-pocket with insurance anyway, without the claims process. See below for insurance and Medicare details.

Insurance & Medicare

Where We Stand on Coverage

Established Patients: Medical Mutual, Anthem, United Healthcare

During our transition out of insurance, we continue accepting Medical Mutual, Anthem, and United Healthcare for patients already established in our care. New patients on these plans should call the office to confirm current status before booking.

Traditional Medicare (Red, White & Blue Card)

We always accept Traditional Medicare Part B and bill it directly for covered chiropractic care. We do not accept Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plans.
